Benefits
Here is what some of our Advertising Efforts will look like
Some Previous Membership Retention Efforts to look forward to.

We used a promotional bulletin board, updated throughout the year, to show regular members of South Aiken FCCLA events. Information on upcoming interest meetings and membership flyers (included later) were pinned to the board here to gather new members
Bulletin Board
CTSO Pinning Ceremony

A joint ceremony with other CTE Clubs like FBLA and SkillsUSA. This ceremony honors members for taking the next step towards their future careers by officially recognizing new members. Includes a speech from a guest speaker in a active CTE field to encourage students.
Using our school's intercom system, we announced and then held 2 interest meetings for prospective members during lunch.
These included a power point presentation, and then a QNA section that ended with giving every attendee a membership form and a space for private questions. To create a more comfortable environment, food and drinks were also provided throughout the meeting.
Interest Meetings
FCCLA Brochure
Carowinds Trip!

All members are invited to join the group CTE field trip to the roller coaster park Carowinds! As a reward all of our hard work, FCCLA members can have fun with their fellow members and friends from other CTE classes in North Carolina with unlimited rides and free snacks!
The Fall Leadership Conference
This is a promotional brochure/ pamphlet handed out at school events with some basic information and links. Typically given alongside a brief introduction by a FCCLA member.
It was created entirely by students at the start of 2025.

Course Fair Booth
We joined our school's course fair and promoted FCCLA to new and upcoming students, giving advice on classes or answering questions during the event to gain new members.
Our specific section is found from 3:29-4:20. This video was shown in homeroom classes and acted as a wrap up summarizing every attendee.

Members get to network and understand the FCCLA structure in low stakes events like the SC FCCLA Fall Leadership Conference. As FCCLA members, students and officers alike can take field trips to new places and explore their local area in new ways.
In examples like the Fall leadership conference, members got to see a historic college campus and see first hand how the skills they have learned can be applied to future careers and existing degrees. All while having fun in group events hosted by the SC Officer team.
